I post a lot of WIP's here that I don't finish. This one I intend to, well, because it's a commission for my cousin. His character (which is a green silhouette at the moment) is a ninja character and she's running through a bamboo forest.

Assassin's Creed Fanart

I almost never do fanart anymore but I've also been really into Assassin's Creed lately so I thought I'd indulge in a little guilty pleasure. This is a sketch of Ezio that I want to elaborate on, I imagine him jumping from a building in Venice about to turn a guard's face into a kabob.
Now that I look at it, I think I need to push the pose a bit more. . .

Adventures in Oil Painting

I got an oil painting set for Christmas in hopes that I would have a go at teaching myself. I've done one oil painting before this one, but it was 8 years ago and I was still in high school. This is meant to be a gift for my parents. They've been remodeling their house and I was wanting to make something for their walls. There's some things with the anatomy and shadows that I need to fix, but I'm letting the paint dry before messing with it again. It got to the point where I was pushing pigment around and it started getting really muddy looking so I stopped for the time being. This of course is just the under painting.

Sketch Dump

I haven't posted in so long, I felt compelled to dig something up I did recently to make up for it. Here's a random sketch I did of Hugh Laurie and Wilford Brimley from when I was bored. Diabeetus.

Paintings.

I figured I'd post something new here since I haven't posted anything in a while. I've been bogged down with school and a commission. Here's the commission I am working on though. Not the greatest photos of them, I'll have to take new ones before sending them to the client.
These are prototypes for a card game, I have to do three paintings. This of the warrior and thief characters. The third is a mage. It's drawn, but i haven't started painting it.
I don't have any photos of the warrior WIP, but it is now finished. I'm almost done with the thief. I finished everything in the background and started on the underpainting in the skin tones. He'll have a brighter tan tone by the time I'm done with it.
I'm eager to be done with this job so I can get back to some of my personal projects that I've been neglecting.
